The advice I have for customers looking for any sort of construction provider is, Always get at least 3 estimates, never go with the cheapest price right off the back, do your research! You should always feel comfortable, Go with the person who provides the most product knowledge and the best customer service as well as professionalism, you can always negotiate the price after the fact especially if you have a written estimate from someone lower, if you follow the procedures listed you are assured to have your project finished thoroughly and everything met to your complete satisfaction
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish some customers understood the quality craftsmanship and effort we put into each job, as well as the process, getting granite countertops is not like getting laminate there is a process that needs to be followed so that way each job is met with perfection
