- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For some basic services we do have standard pricing, but in many cases are way to many variables in home construction, customers needs, to consider to base it on a flat rate. We price our services so they are both competitive and fair for both the consumer and ourselves as the business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First off identifying the customers needs, and budget. Then offering a quote either over the phone if its something standard, or in person if necessary. From there an appointment is scheduled, and the work is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Background in Computers / Electronics, Worked in the car audio industry for a few years as well which is an excellent skill set to bring to the table when it comes to home A/V. Connecting components together following a diagram is one thing, but actually understanding WHY they work the way they do is important, especially when it comes to troubleshooting.
