Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. My advice would be to do your homework. The more research you do on potential providers the easier it will be to pick one. Always have a consultation with your new provider so you can get to know them and learn how they do business. The most important piece of advice i could give is don't base your decision soley on price. I feel that paying a bit more for a provider that is fully insured and bonded is so important.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. I would want to know how the provider handled a emegency situation and what steps are taken to ease the situtation. I would also want to know why the provider picked this certain profession.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. A customer should ask the provider the below questions:
1. Are you able to handle a ailing animal?
2. If there was an emergency, how would you handle it?
3. How long would you spend time with my animal and how long would my animal be alone.
