FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to work with someone who knows what they want to spend and doesn't want to waste time haggling over price. I don't want to waste time. The quicker I can get to the job, the quicker I can study for your job and the quicker I can produce the results you want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I go back to school at least once every two years to update myself on the latest web junk and to refresh myself on the computer aided graphic programs. Photography isn't something I was formally trained in...but I will be taking classes soon. I feel like there is always something to learn as long as you want to learn.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
While in the Marine Corps, I served as a military policeman. I thought I wanted to pursue law enforcement...but quickly realized it was not the path I wanted or could pursue. When I was in the 3rd grade I was disqualified from a coloring contest because it was said that I had professional help. I never entered another artistic contest in my life...but I always produced art because I love art. So when the doors were closed to law enforcement, I chose to pursue my first love...BEING AWESOME! I use art in many different forms. Hand drawn illustrations, painting, music, digital art, web design and photography. I found that I could do all of these things and work for MYSELF. In 2004, when I found out I was going to be a daddy...I decided that I did not want to be the dad that was never home or the guy who was too busy to hang out with his kids, so I decided to work freelance full-time. The rest is history.
