Jean both helped us purchase our new home and sell our old home. He did market analysis to tell us when the best time to list our old home (which we rented out until the time was right), was amazingly quick when it was time to get it listed. We sold our home in under a week for a price we were more than happy with! He listened to our needs for our new home and showed us properties that fit our needs that were well within our budget. He had a great knowledge of not only the real estate market, but also was able to advise us on what construction/repair issues would be things to steer clear of, and which to consider safely. He was amazingly attentive, quick to respond, helpful and knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about him, and give his cards out to friends constantly! He just helped friends of ours buy their first home and they couldn't be more pleased as well! highly recommend!

In one word, Jean-Leon Magnotto is simply AMAZING! I had to do a quick sell on my home and thought that my only option was to sell to a cash investor. Jean came to my home and took a tour and got right down to business on how he could help me. I didn't want to go through the whole process of showing my home since another realtor had made me think that I was in too much of a mess packing my stuff to get anyone to buy it for any decent amount of money. Jean listed my home and in the 1st 48 hours we had 35 showings and 15 offers!!! We countered on the top 3 and they all accepted making me choose one. I never thought that I would be able to sell my home in 3 months let alone have a contract in 48 hours! I would recomment Jean to anyone in the Phoenix area or anywhere he is able to assist! Again he is simply AMAZING!

Jean Magnotto is the real deal. Outside of being our realtor, he was extremely knowledgable about the building and renovating process. Was able to make us feel very comfortable with the home we were purchasing and the upgrades that we wanted to do after buying it. He even got us a cake when we closed! What a guy! He really went to bat for our family!
