A. I am an owner and installer. I build a relationship with each customer in order to gain future business. I always try to put the needs of my customers first.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. That I am able to perform a service that my customers need. A new windshield is a piece of safty equipment that keeps driver and passengers safe. Its nice to know I have help keep someone safe today.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. What a windshield would have cost them without insurance, or the difference in windshield qualities. I tell them there are different qualities in everything, windshield are really no different. Cash prices reflect that.
