We bring quality healthcare home. Founded in 1985 by local businesswoman Carole Little, NSI has been providing the finest in-home care available to the Tucson community for more than 25 years.

We conduct a rigorous screening process for each staff member prior to their selection as an NSI caregiver. We believe that it is our duty to ask, "Would I want this person taking care of my family?"

It can be intimidating and overwhelming to anticipate all of the special needs your loved one may require. NSI can offer the planning expertise necessary for the health, happiness and quality of life your loved one deserves.

NSI Nursing Service Inc. is a medicare-certified licensed home health agency.

Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Don't be afraid to ask questions and demand answers! Your home health provider should be open, honest, and willing to be patient with you and answer any questions you have about the care that you or your loved one will be receiving from their agency.

Demand Credentials and Certification! There are so many well trained Certified Profesionals out there! Make sure that YOU get one!

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Are you licensed and/or Certified! This is #1! There are so many unqualified, unprofesional, people out there providing home care for patients that they are not qualified to deal with.

For example: If you or your loved one has an acute wound that needs a qualified nurse to deal with, ask your provider if your nurse is a certified wound care specialist! You deserve proper care and treatment! There are many qualifed nurses out there, make sure you have one!

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We strive to put the right care provider with the patient AND the family!

When we come into a patients home we respect that it is not just the patient that needs our help, it is the whole family! We put the patients needs first but we also put forth the extra effort to keep the family informed and coordinate our care for the patient with the family to be the least disruptive to the home environment.

Testimonials

  • April 13, 2010

In early December 2009, I traveled to Tucson, Arizona and met with Ms. Carole Little. I toured her facilities and found that Ms. Little and her organization was exactly the quality and care that I have been looking for my family. I found Ms. Little to be most knowledgeable, sincere and a quality professional. All my questions about NSI services were answered in depth and she explained to me in detailed clarity, making sure that I understood all facets of her business.

Her facilities were clean, neat and professionally organized. Ms. Little and her organization has earned my trust and I need look no further for my loved ones care.

    Sincerely,

    Susan Lawson
