    Thank You Marlon.

Marlon is the best I have dealt with since getting into computers. Every time I break or download something he is there fixing it at a hell of a lot better price than "Best Buy" or any local "computer savvy" store. When ever I call he does his best to get the job done that day unless I really screwed up my computer. He is a good teacher also even though I do not listen well. He takes the time to show me how to fix things myself. I highly recommend the company and Marlon for any of your computer needs.

Question and answer

  • Q. What do you like most about your job?

    A. Teaching my client that good work does not have to be as expensive as those BIG BOX STORES like the NERD HERD!!!!!

  • Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

    A. Q: "How is my computer getting infected with these viruses?"

A: In part, there are several ways to get infected, one of the FIRST is by means of your Internet Browser and vulnerabilities or cracks in the Browsers programming that are exploited by the virus(s)......this is why you get updates and services packs, to "SEAL" those security issues as soon as they are discovered. The SECOND is by way of user error. A user may install an infected program or is tricked in believing that they must download a program for a file to work properly such as unusual file extension types for video, pictures and/or music. They call them TROJANS for a reason.
