Yes. For most problems we guarantee our service for 30 days.

When Might I Be Able to Pick Up My Computer?

Depending on what time you bring your computer to our office will determine if you get it back the same day or the following morning.

For example: You drop off your computer at 5pm and we close at 6pm then your computer will be ready for picking the following morning between 8 am to 10 am. This obviously depends on the type of service that is needed.

Now say you bring your computer at 11 am we can usually have it done the same day depending on what needs to be done.

How Much do you Charge per Hour?

We charge $30/hr in our office and $40/hr at your location.

Do You Have a Minimum Charge?

As you may already know not all computer problems take one hour to fix they may only take 20-25 minutes to fix also known as (quick fixes).

In this case yes our minimum bench charge is 1 hour.

Should I Expect Any Charges Other Than the Hourly Rate?

No. There are no hidden charges or fees.

Can You Tell Me How Many Hours This Might Take to Fix?

I can't be 100% sure, of course, but these types of problems usually take about so many hours to fix."

Now we do offer Free Computer Diagnostics in our office to figure out the problem and how much it will cost to fix your computer before we do anything. So that way we are both on the same page and there are no surprises what so ever.
