Introduction: We are a Tucson local moving company founded and ran by students at the University of Arizona. Our crew began moving together for various other companies during our freshman year. Three years later, we are seniors and know what customers want out of their movers. In 2021, we collaborated to start Enhanced Moving And Storage LLC and have since serviced over 1000 customers in Southern Arizona!

Hire this team!! This was absolutely the best money I could have spent. We moved within Tucson to a third story apartment. We had a truck, an SUV and a car loaded up and met them at the apartment complex. They took the two couches off the truck so we could leave to get a last load. As we’re pulling out of the parking lot, they are already up the three flights with one of the couches. Twenty minutes later they were done with all three vehicles worth of furniture before we even had a chance to get back. They spent their time helping to put together a king headboard and frame. Then when we got back about 35 minutes after we had left, they finished assembling the bed and unloaded the last truckload. They could’ve easily taken their time, knowing that we were paying by the hour. They could have sat and waited for us to return but instead they kept busy and did an amazing job. And before they left, they asked if there was any furniture in the apartment that wasn’t where we wanted it and offered to help move things around for us. They seriously made this move look easy. If we had to do it ourselves it would’ve taken us days, probably damaged furniture and sore bodies versus the less than 2 hours that it took them!

Chris responded quickly to my request to move a couple of larger furniture pieces, and scheduled a crew to come out within a few days to complete the work. When there was a technical issue with Thumbtack not syncing schedules (resulting in no responses to my messages along with a no-show for the appointment), he apologized promptly and removed the fee due to the inconvenience. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates are ALWAYS explicitly disclosed to you! There are NEVER surprise fees or charges when you book with us. If we will need a travel fee to complete your job, you’ll know about it before you reserve. All of our jobs have at least a 2-hour minimum payment requirement, however, we do offer discounts on jobs that are particularly small.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With each new customer, our first goal is to evaluate their project‘s needs and explain every area where we can help! After that, our booking process is very simple. All we need is a date, time, and an address and we make it happen! We do NOT require an upfront deposit to reserve our services!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Lots of the Enhanced Movers were introduced to moving during our freshman years of college at the University of Arizona. We were mind blown at how expensive these other companies’ prices were! After gaining a few years of experience, we collaborated to found Enhanced Moving and Storage, LLC, which offers an excellent service at a very competitive price!
