What Don’t We Do was great to work with and super responsive. We knew there was no way that they could fit all of our furniture and belongings into a 16’ POD, yet somehow they managed to make it work, minus a sofa that we knew wouldn’t make it. The team was friendly and helped us do a few things above and beyond the call. Now, if only they could make the trip to New York to help us unload the POD. :) Definitely recommend these guys!

This team was amazing. The experience was beyond all my expectations. I had a last minute need for moving a LOT of large furniture and they were able to fit me in within 24 hours of contacting them. They were early and they worked fast to get everything loaded, transported and unloaded. Don’t let the speed part fool you, though. They took extra special care of some pieces that were intricate and fragile. They wrapped everything in blankets and secured everything perfectly to ensure they made the trek safely. They unloaded and set everything exactly where we wanted it and made sure that everything was to my liking before they left. They were also super friendly and professional throughout the entire experience. I will absolutely be contacting them the next time I need something moved. I would give 10 stars if I could.

They were on top of it from start to finish. Did exactly what was promised and they were courteous and efficient. The apt was cleared out of trash, items to be donated (furniture, clothing) and they even delivered items to my home. The also cleaned the apt. So great to have a service like this!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are very competitive, and we are well worth it! We do charge for drive time to and from your job
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we are working with new customers, we like to call or text and get details about what they need moved, or cleaned. We then give a quote and if the client is interested in booking, we take a deposit and book them. We call the day before to confirm the move. We also follow up a few days after the move to make sure that everything went okay and that the customers are enjoying their new home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our head mover has been in the moving industry for over 10 years. He trains each and everyone of our employees himself. We have a unique style of moving. When our employees do not have something in their hands, they are jogging back to the house or the truck to continue to get to move done in a timely manner
