If conventional fitness has failed you, we challenge you to consider a change...

We believe that fitness must be a total package. You shouldn't just be strong as an ox, but not be able to walk up a flight of stairs without wheezing. You shouldn't be able to run a marathon and not pick a big bag of dog food off the ground. And you can't consider yourself "in shape" without having great mobility and living life pain-free. Our classes, clinics and private sessions are designed to show you how to move pain-free. We perform true strength and mobility building exercises that you should be able to do whether you're 8 or 80. Really!

Whether it's personalized one-on-one training or our exciting small group classes, our programs are designed to make you stronger, more mobile, and better equipped to enjoy the activities you love with a new sense of vigor you never thought possible.

Our nutrition principals, although boring, are magnificently effective. You'll find no endorsements of any fad diets here. We don't believe in starving yourself. We believe in balance and getting the junk out of your eating. Nutrition has a tendency of being WAY overcomplicated and we bring you back to the basics. Simple AND effective!

    Many gyms and personal trainers are focused only on making you stronger. But what about my joints, tendons, ligaments and balance? What about my diet? The Protocol is unique because they focus on improving all of these areas simultaneously, giving me the best workout I can get in the safest way possible. I've been training with Jerry for over 4 years and I can honestly say that I'm in the best shape of my life... Even better than when I was in high school! He has taught me to care for my body in the right ways and the results are the proof.

    Jerry creates a warm and inviting atmosphere to work out in. Classes seem to have a variety of fitness levels, where he is hands on and encourages his clients to perform to their personal best. I love to see all my classmates doing great things, and am constantly encouraged to keep pushing my limits and abilities to new levels.

    Jerry is a very good coach. If your goal is to get stronger, learn a few things about fitness, or work to restore lost functionality (working around shoulder injuries in my case) he can help you. As the focus is on improving basic movement, everybody can benefit, from rookie to advanced.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Fitness must be something fun that you enjoy doing or else the chances of you staying with are next to zero. Find an activity you love and get into it, even if it's not with us. A moving body is a living body...

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We teach you how to move pain-free. Joint mobility is a huge part of what we do and many of our clients notice tremendous progress in this area even when they're not working out. Some of our classes are more cardio intense and some are more resistance intense (kettlebells and barbells). Our instructors are certified professionals who are courteous and attentive.

Class sizes are always limited for a more personal experience. We also offer nutrition planning as well as grocery store trips to show you how to make better nutritional decisions.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Most working professionals no matter what age or fitness level tend to move extremely poorly. We love that we improve the lives of people by teaching better lifestyle habits.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Q: I'm not in very good shape. Can I still do it?

A: Any new exercise routine can be challenging at first. We have many systems in place to level the playing field so people of all fitness levels can participate.

Q: What do you do when it's really cold/hot outside?

A: During unfavorable weather all of our classes are moved indoors.
