Vail Boot Camp is a fitness philosophy designed around real-world strength and pain-free mobility. Our classes and personal training sessions are designed to make you leaner, stronger, and healthier.

We believe that fitness must be a total package. You can't just be strong as an ox, but not be able to walk up a flight of stairs without wheezing. You shouldn't be able to run a marathon but not be able to pick a big bag of dog food off the ground. And you can't consider yourself "in shape" without being flexible and agile, and living a pain-free life.

All of the exercises and movements done in our classes should be doable by someone who is 8 or 80… Really.

We currently run five classes at five different locations, and all classes are moved indoors during unfavorable weather. Some locations even offer child care at an additional cost.

    Jerry knows his stuff and is an expert in his field. Class is not only enjoyable but has done a lot for my health and mobility. Try it, you'll love it.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Fitness must be something fun that you enjoy doing or else the chances of you staying with are next to zero. Find an activity you love and get into it, even if it's not with us. A moving body is a living body...

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We aren't just a "huff and puff" Boot Camp. We teach you how to move pain-free. Joint mobility is a huge part of what we do and many of our clients notice tremendous progress in this area even when they're not working out. Some of our classes are more cardio intense and some are more resistance intense (kettlebells). Our instructors are certified professionals who are courteous and attentive.

Class sizes are always limited for a more personal experience. We also offer nutrition planning as well as grocery store trips to show you how to make better nutritional decisions.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Most working professionals no matter what age or fitness level tend to move extremely poorly. We love that we improve the lives of people by teaching better lifestyle habits.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Q: I'm not in very good shape. Can I still do it?

A: Any new exercise routine can be challenging at first. We have many systems in place to level the playing field so people of all fitness levels can participate.

Q: What do you do when it's really cold/hot outside?

A: During unfavorable weather all of our classes are moved indoors.
