Was there on time. Pleasant, friendly and very knowledgeable. He certainly has the qualifications to help me in my quest,. And even better--speaks Spanish like a native but it is actually a second language for him, plus he knows grammar and does not hesitate (because I asked him) to correct me when I go wrong. Highly recommended.
