FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I wanted to take a girl on a date and didn't have any money and well I called this add in the newspaper and showed up to work the next day and started work as a helper. I really liked the challenge and it wasent long before I was setting tile on my own and slowly i began to purchase all my own tools.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Floors are the most common types of jobs i do for my clients. Every now and then I'll have a shower. Floors can be done quick and if the tile is big then it goes even faster.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

You do get what you pay for however keep in mind that most contractors that give you a bid will not acctrually be the person performing the work. That means you could be paying for several hourly employees that don't care how long the job takes to finish because there getting payed hourly. Always check on progress of your homes work. Make sure you always get at least three bids. Price isn't the most important factor. Make sure who you hire is comfortable with the material and pattern you have selected. ask for daily progress pictures.
