About Foster Parents Legal Solutions

Administrative law, what is it?

We are educators, the best educational resource for foster, adoptive and biological parents. We specialize in teaching truth, as we believe the reason we are losing foster parents by the thousands is that the current training is inadequate, and leaves them vulnerable to allegations.

As the national administrator for FPLS, we conduct workshops and seminars across the United States. I am the author of "Standing in the Shadow of Law", the most comprehensive manual or guide, easy-to-follow instructions "pro se" on the market. We do not recommend that anyone defend themselves; however, most of us cannot afford an attorney.

We have a legal plan available, designed especially for foster parents, with law firms ready to assist in each state.

I am not an attorney, and although I cannot give legal advice, I am your advocate, offering you instructions and educational resources, thereby assisting you in putting your own case together (pro se), enabling you to represent yourself in court in a professional manner (ready to give an answer). I am the national administrator for FPLS, serving my fellow foster parents as national director for NFPCAR. I am your national foster families examiner.

    I believe that CPS in Prescott and Prescott Valley is deliberately targeting foster parents for investigations to drive them out of the system. I don't know the reason, except possibly CPS can then say to the State that they do not have enough foster parents and need more money to bring them into the system.

Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. We always recommend that you hire an attorney if you can afford one, however, we also realize that attorneys have virtually priced themselves out of the market. Foster parents cannot afford to do so. What is the alternative, Pro Se. We can offer you assistance in this, we are not attorneys but can offer you the most comprehensive instructional manual/guide on the market. We offer you educational resources. Learn all you can about Administrative Law.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. If you have Allegations filed against you as a foster/adoptive or biological parent you need to take it seriously. We need to educate ourselves in order to
"be ready to give an answer". Let us help you do that.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. If you are fortunate enough to be able to afford an attorney here are the questions you need to ask him/her when you interveiw them for the job;
1. What do you know about Administrative Law?
2. Have you ever handled a case against CPS?
3. Did you win the case?
