What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I work in the IT field on a daily basis and keep up on the latest trends, security breaches/issues and application vulnerabilities.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was fortunate to have my computer hobby (from back in the mid 1990's) turn into a full time job in the IT field. I also took my computer passion and knowledge and received a bachelors degree from DeVry University in Kansas CIty Missouri.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Beasley PC's most common type of computer service and repair jobs are usually malware/spyware and virus removal. Also we receive a lot of wireless network setups and new computer setups and data transfers from the old PC to the new PC. We also receive Windows server repair jobs from time to time as well as hardware replacements and upgrades.
