This was such a great experience. The owner came to access the property before giving me a quote. She was very responsive and displayed great customer service as well. I had a tenant that moved out of my home that left it smelling horrible and she had not cleaned or dusted since she moved in. This company left the house smelling amazing and cleaned it really great. I did look at other companies but either they never returned my phone calls or they sent a cleaning crew out where I had to supply the cleaners with cleaning supplies even equipment. A&P listened and got the job done. Love A&P

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are fair in our pricing. We conduct walkthroughs so our clients get a quote based on their exact request. We never want our clients to be over charged on a job therefore we take the time to customize our pricing based on their needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We conduct a walk-through which gives us a chance to meet our potential client and get details on their request. We then email over a quote within 24 to 48 hours. If the client select us we will set up a time and date to complete the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed, bonded and insured. Our team is OSCA certified and we have over 10 years of industry experience.
