Ace was great. He was extremely responsive to me from start to finish. He made sure he would be capturing everything we asked for. He was very professional. He arrived early to make sure he was set up and asked if there was anything other than what we had discussed that I wanted filmed. Afterwards we discussed delivery of the video and because I was leaving the next day as I live out of town he produced the video for me the same day and met me to give me the video. He went above and beyond to help me have a video of my grandfather's funeral service to take to my mom who is in a nursing home and could not be there. The video was perfect and I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you, Ace!!!
