- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For simple editing, I charge $1 per 100 words for the first 900. The rate then drops to $1 for every 300 words. Large projects are priced on a case-by-case basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is no "typical process." Each customer is treated individually based on their project. However, everyone can expect professional courtesy and excellent service!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a writing-intensive B.A. in addition to professional writing experience from several minor news outlets. I also work in the education industry where I teach writing and grammar principals, among other subjects.
