Hi, My name is Pardetra , better known as CPR with Detra in the training community. My passion is teaching CPR in an interesting and informative manner while creating fun classes full of lasting knowledge, including emergency role-playing scenarios along with interactive hands on demonstrations that focus on life-saving skills since 2010. I am also a CPR Instructor with Save A Life and Nation’s Best CPR Training teams.

Most certainly the best experience i have ever had. Detra is professional, prompt and courteous. She gives you the most personalized hands on experience so much so your confidence sky rockets. Shes very professional and accommodating with my time. Not only that but she gives you so much more than what you pay for she incorporated my family as well. Love doing CPR with Detra. She is certainly the only person Ill call for my renewal. Thanks again for going above and beyond.

Pardetra was willing and able to adapt to the dynamics of our team. She was able to communicate and respond to each person on our team. She is both plain and versatile. Her equipment was in great condition. The class was very entertaining and educational. All in all, Great Experience!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A full class with certification : Heartsaver First Aid w/CPR and AED Adult/Child/Infants $75 pp Heartsaver CPR w/AED $60 pp BLS for Healthcare Providers $65 pp Community CPR without certification $65 for the whole class Students will receive e-Cards via email within 48 hours after training
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will contact the customer 3 days prior to class to confirm date and time. Also, answer any questions or address any concerns.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a healthcare professional in the dental field for over 25 years. I have worked in operating rooms for Children’s Medical Center and Baylor University Medical Center of Dallas.
