Eric was super flexible and easy to work with. I ordered the wrong mount so he showed me exactly what to get and returned quickly to finish the project as soon as it arrived. My husband and I are so thrilled with the results and we’ve been discussing having him install our projector screen too.

Eric did a fantastic job helping in fixing my computer! He is very friendly, punctual, and professional. I would definitely work with him again! I explained the situation leading up to my computer not turning on, and he knew all the right questions to ask. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue (same day), letting me know the problem with supporting pictures. He even helped me find the best price on compatible replacement parts. Once the motherboard and power supply came in, he installed the new parts for me. Not only did he fix the main issue, but went above and beyond with cleaning my computer, helping improve wire management, and providing recommendations to improve performance. For $75, you would be hard pressed to find someone to take better care of you and your computer repair needs.

My computer was running extremely slowly... Booting up in 10-20 minutes. I took it to Eric and he promptly diagnosed and fixed the problems, he also gave me some advise on how to keep it running smoothly. I had my computer back in 5 days with new parts installed and it now boots up in 10 seconds flat. It runs faster now than it did when it was new. Thanks Eric.

Eric installed and set-up 3 new landline telephones in my 97-year-old mother's apartment in Aurora. I had some specific set-up requirements which he completed and then provided an effective tutorial for her and her helper on using the new phones. She reported to me how pleased she was working with Eric. I live in Elmont, New York and trying to make this happen for my mother in Aurora, Colorado was cause for concern. My long-distance interactions with Eric were however assuring. The quality and speed of his work, his professionalism, punctuality and responsiveness was wonderful. He gets 5+ stars from me!
