Introduction: As a teacher, I believe that every student has different needs and preferences. For that reason, I provide online lessons adapted to all kind of students, always according to your needs, goals and availability. Graduated in communications and with a specialization in teaching Spanish, I have 7 years of experience teaching students from all around the world (America, Africa, Asia and Europe) in an effective and enjoyable way. The classes are provided via Skype, and the first one is free. Being an online tutor is a great opportunity to meet different kinds of people all around the world, and I'm thankful to all my students for all the things I've learned with them. I had a few Spanish lessons with Borja, how helped me to deepen my spanish knowledge. As I am living and working in Nicaragua for 6 months, for me the most important was to be able to lead conversations with locals. Therefore we spoke a lot in Spanish during our Skype session where we discussed actual experiences of travelling and the life here and he helped me to improve my descriptions. As I learned basic Spanish by myself I wanted to improve the grammar because I still have problems with the verbs. We are about to solve this problem, "poco y poco". I also got material to train and improve my Spanish by myself and we are reviewing the homework I do after each lesson every week.

He has been my Spanish tutor for more than 6 months, and he is the best tutor that I've ever had. (1) He prepares every class, explains everything well in a detailed way, and leaves homework that he will go over with me next time. Also, he is willing to answer questions at anytime he is available. (2) He is from Spain and is knowledgeable with the language as well as the education of the language, e.g. he reads a lot and share some of them as course material. (3) Listening, speaking, reading, writing, vocabulary, gramma are taught in an awesome, sometime funny way, for example, games are often seen in his class and they help a lot in understanding the new words and gramma. (4) He is never late for the class for even 1 minute, never misses a class, and never terminate any class earlier than it should be.

Borja has been teaching me Spanish for a few months now. He is professional, courteous, and caters the class to my needs and ability. I would recommend Borja to anyone wishing to learn Spanish. My Argentinian mother-in-law tells me my Spanish has improved immensely.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer promotions to regular students. Also if you refer me to another student, both will receive a discount once he/she starts receiving lessons.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always offer a trial lesson to allow the student to know my methodology. It is also an opportunity for us to get to know each other, and understand better his/her goals and motivations. After that lesson I evaluate the current level of the student and create a program tailored to his/her needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated in journalism and studied a master’s degree in International Cooperation with the intention of launching myself to know the world. After receiving my ELE certification as a Spanish teacher, I kept improving my training to offer the best possible experience.
