- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will start by setting up an introductory consultation with you free of charge to assess your needs. My base rate is $20 an hour however, each situation will have its own circumstance so, don't let that rate be the determining factor for you. Meet me, let's see what you need done and then we can go from there.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will give you a free consultation to fully asses your needs. We will determine if you need me to come into your office, work remotely, or a combination of the two. We will set up a schedule whether it be ongoing or project based. I will roll up my sleeves and get to work for you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was first certified as a GAAP Bookkeeper in 1994. At the same time, I was certified as an Office Manager. I worked from 1995 to 2015 consistently as a Bookkeeper and Office Manager. In 2005, I went and got recertified in QuickBooks, added the Payroll certification and became a ProAdvisor. I am still actively working as a Bookkeeper to this day.
