- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on how long and how much it costs to make that particular product. We also deliver our products so our customers are getting a homemade tasty product for quite a bargain.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically have a list of questions I ask my new customer to get a good feel of what they are looking for. Sometime customers dont really know what they want especially if they are new and havent tried your goodies. But every customer has always come back for more, which tells me Im doing something right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My grandmother Ketty Frederiksen taught me a lot about danish baking as I baked with her from my early childhood years. When I had my own kids, I remembered what my grandmother taught me and started learning more and more basics until i was moving up into fondant cakes for wedding and pastries etc. My professional years as a baker I would say is about 18 years. It is what I love to do and people tell me they can taste the love I put into it.
