I signed up for Thumbtack and assumed that they would be forthcoming and responsible about how professionals like me are charged when seeking the right candidate on the platform. Their charges crept up on me and I never received the correct billable hours on the project. I am STILL confused on receiving a bill and it hasn't been 30 days because that work has NOT been FULLY performed after receiving an email DEMANDING MONEYS to immediately be mailed out after having ACCESS TO MY COMPANY RESOURCES/LEADS TO DO WORK. They charge me more hours after work hours time frame AND without me fully understanding what was being done. As result I'm skeptical with any potential help because I didn't get the correct information and sent a different questionable response. Simply be aware on requesting assistance for future projects on Thumbtack. Be very careful and do your research on Thumbtack. Look at different options before making a selection on Thumbtack.
