- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My current rate is $30 an hour. With retainer packages available as well for more consistent projects. 10 hr. retainer is $200 20 hr. retainer is $400 40 hr. retainer is $850 All retainer hours must be used or expire in 60 business days. New customer discounts are offered to all retainer and hourly customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to first get to know the potential customer with a phone or video chat to see if we are on the same page regarding the project and will work well together. This should take no longer than 30 minutes. I then prefer to check in weekly to ensure the customer is acclimating well to the situation. And hopefully, after a successful project, I hope to get a review/testimonial from the customer for my business profile on my website and various sites such as Thumbtack, Facebook, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have relevant training in all desktop publishing software, and 20 +years of work history in the Administrative Field. I am proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Acrobat DC, Canva, PicMonkey, Google Suite, etc. I am a member of IVAA, IAAP, and ASAP Administrative Professional Organizations.
