FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Often the flat fee pricing is unrealistic for remodel work. Certain tasks can be registered as per item or linear foot or square foot...others require time and material billing. We are always careful with our clients' money- we need them to get a good deal! That's what keeps us in business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It depends on budget and timing. I like to meet with my clients to discuss the scope of work and give them a basic idea about cost. Then I can make an estimate- which when accepted becomes an actual proposal or work order- then we quickly find time to bring the project to it's conclusion. Punctuality, quality, and at a reasonable price...these are the basic tenets of SnR Consulting, LLC
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated the Hannah Ahrent Schule in 2001 and am a master cabinetmaker. I built custom furniture and cabinets working with other shops and eventually on my own for over 15 years. I have a degree in Theater Arts with a design/build focus. Rick is a geologist with 30 years construction and mechanical engineering experience. Together there is nothing we cannot do. ok maybe one or two things. But that's about it!
