Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Days open vary. Do not let the schedule scare you but I have closed them for two reasons. 1) so that I can work with individual clients. 2) Slowly recovering from a tennis injury. Plus my full time jobs sometimes requires more extra time than I planned for. That doesn’t mean I can’t help you on your game! I am a certified teacher/educator & adjunct professor who is trained to who works with kids up to and including adults. I do it everyday. Coaching tennis IS NOT my full time job, thus I am not pursuing an USTA certification. I have taught at private county clubs, coached high school tennis teams for several years & was a Head Men’s & Women’s Tennis Coach for a NCAA college university. Enjoy watching my players confidence when what they work so hard to do pays off! Base fee starts at $45/hour but that includes me driving out your way. If you think that is expensive please look at Professional Club Instructors, who’s fee starts around $50 and up. That fee It is negotiable and a discount may be applied depending on the location we practice at &/or who is taking the lessons. Let’s talk about what you are looking for.

Glen was my coach in high school tennis and now my personal coach and is nothing but outstanding! He goes out of his way to go above and beyond to make sure his "protégés" as he would say are nothing less than the best they can be. I would recommend him to anyone who wants the skills to succeed in tennis whether it be a prominent part of their high school/college careers or even just for the life experience because from him that's exactly what you'll get!

Glenn was an amazing instructor...very patient and enthusiastic about the game. Both my husband and I were playing tenning for the first time and he got us from 0 to a point where we could at least start playing short games in just a span of 6 sessions. What I loved about his lessons was that it always had a very good mix of going over the fundamentals along with being able to practice that as part a short game we played during every session. It not only helped us understand the particular technique we learnt that day but also enabled us to see how this technique fit in with others that we learnt the day before. Overall a great experience learning with him

My daughter Abby wanted to take tennis lessons. A good friend of mine recommended Glen Smith. In just one lesson from Glen i noticed results. She became more confident and her skill level increased with every lesson. Glen has a unique way in conveying tennis skill that was easily understood. He makes complex things easy by the way he breaks things down in teaching the game. We are very happy with the results. I would highly recommend Glen to anyone wanting to up their game.

I started taking lessons after deciding to try out for my university’s Division II tennis team. I hadn’t played in a few years, so my skills needed a lot of work. Coach was able to teach me the skills I need to play at a college level. I became more confident while playing and definitely improved overall. He was flexible with scheduling and great to get along with. Thanks to his great coaching abilities, I made a Division II tennis team!

When my daughter started lessons with Glenn, she'd never played before and her goal was to play for her school's team. Glenn found her strengths and worked to make them better. Her weaknesses, he showed her different approaches until she found something that worked for her. He pushed her hard at every practice. After just a few weeks, she tried out and made it for the JV team. Glenn is very compassionate about the game and works hard to make his student the best they can be. He is always more than willing to give a lesson at a moment's notice and work around our crazy schedules. He continues to show my daughter new techniques to improve her game.
