Portia is the most professional, thorough, engaging and energetic personal trainer I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She takes a very personalized approach when working with her clients, which I really appreciated. She works diligently to ensure you reach your fitness goals, and goes above and beyond to provide you with helpful resources.These resources along with her guidance give you many tools to achieve your goal by living better, eating better and making fitness a part of your daily life.
She is very accommodating and flexible as well in regard to scheduling sessions. In that she makes sure that your training sessions work well with your schedule and she is willing to travel to a gym in your area (Westchester/Stamford). Portia is always punctual arriving early for most sessions and if a situation does occur where a time conflict arises. She is excellent at communicating that information and suggesting a solution for an alternative time to meet.
Working with her I saw improvements immediately. I sought out her help in order to gain more muscle mass and tone. And working with her and adhering to the systematic plan she created for me has put me on a steady path to achieve that goal. Due to her great performance as my trainer and my results, I have continued working with her and plan to for the future.
