- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We determine our pricing by the level of effort, usage of resources, and comparative to competitors' pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we need to fully understand the needs of our customers. We ask key questions and solicit in-depth feedback. Then, we offer the solutions most appropriate for the customer. The customer selects from multiple options and we move forward with service. Upon completion of service, we notify the customer for their review and approval. Lastly, the customer provides payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experiences in corporate and religious environments qualifies me to effectively function as a motivational speaker. I also received certification from the Princeton Theological Seminary for theology and ministry. I've done graphic design and business writing for corporations and freelance clients since 1991. I have a B.A. degree in Fine Arts/Design. I also teach individuals how money works and how to create a legacy for their families. I also help businesses to create workplace wellness, reduce business expenses, and attract/retain employees. These services are feasible as a NJ-licensed life producer with expertise in accident, health, and life insurance.
