- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes it is critical that you have a price for each item you are painting for example a door is $35 you count your doors × 35 and there's your number otherwise you would painting items for free and that's when you have a problem with the inexperienced people that don't know how to bid a job
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My Typical process that I think is very important is to first meet and get in front of my customer listen to listen to their wants and needs , get a chance to eyeball and measure the project, then Council or help make decisions and recommendations on materials Construction or process picking paint colors, help decide where their money is spent for the best results build confidence so you know I am the right man for the job and more then get things on paper so there's no misunderstandings then consider things done from there...
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
