I hired Largo Construction to perform a small job. I interviewed 4 different handymen on Thumbtack. Largo offered the best price by a considerable amount and was very responsive in our communications back and forth. He showed up for the work exactly when he said he would and completed the work in less time then was allotted for the task. He sent me before and after pictures and the work was excellent. Had two 2 car garages that i wanted turn into ADUs had plans and permits for me price was about average had both done with framing and drywall finished in about 1 month inspection passed except for plumbing with my recommended contractor so couldve been done faster they were about 800sq each

DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON !
Anthony came to my house and started doing drywall . He quoted me 2-3 days to complete and we agreed I’d pay him daily .
Anthony began work and we quickly realized he was going to take a lot longer than the 2-3 days he quoted us. 5 days into the project and he hasn’t completed it. He is currently unresponsive to any calls or messages .
His work is also not good and we will have to redo the job completely wasting weeks of our time and thousands of dollars. Please beware of this person !
Also fyi, he posted photos of my house as reference photos of the work he does and as you can see it’s not completed.
