My workout program concentrates on training every part of the body to work as one, thus increasing coordination and balance. It's what's called functional training. This will prepare you for life’s daily activities. The side benefit is that you will attain your fitness goals quicker compared to a standard workout routine using just machines.
Whether you are a long-time active gym goer, a beginner hoping to lose some weight, or someone looking to add muscle mass, functional train will help you achieve your goals in record time.
A dedicated athlete and a perfect workout plan are nothing without a carefully crafted nutrition program. With nutrition, my aim is to educate you, so you can make healthy choices for yourself, no matter what type of food is put in front of you or where you are. Supplements can also be helpful. I will instruct you on healthy eating habits. I will teach you a “lifestyle” by combining a healthy diet and fitness training.
A. Most of the time my clients have been sedentary for some time and it is why they are looking to hire a fitness professional. A sedentary lifestyle will get you out of shape and will get you to gain weight. However, most people are impatient to get results. I do not believe in quick fix and I always tell my clients to take it one day at a time and be consistent. I educate my client to learn a new lifestyle. You can not workout hard for 2 to 3 months, then quit and expected to remain healthy.
A. Talk to my clients, ask them how they feel. Have I improved their health? How do they feel when they don't meet with me? If they ave certain issues such as shoulders, knees, back or any problems before, how are those problems now. When my clients can't meet with me due to work, travel or any other reason they all say: "I missed you!" and I really like to hear that :~)
A. What I like most about my job is that I help people improve their health and fitness. I encourage them and I make them do thinks that they might believe they can't achieve.
A. I don't have 1 favorite story in particular but I love to hear that they have missed me or when my clients tell me that they didn't think they couldn't do a particular thing? I love to work with physically challenged people and see them get stronger and they tell me that I have changed their lives.
A. I have decided to go into this line of work because I love to help people and that I am passionate about my work. Every day when I wake up, I am excited to get to work.
