Introduction: We are two designers working with clients directly as well as different firms in whole Bay Area. We both have PhD in architecture from Italy. With great knowledge of local codes and regulations we provide professional architectural, interior and lighting design services from schematic design to design development and construction documents. We can assist you getting permits and choose your contractors. We tend to be as clear as possible in our communications regarding the time and effort spent on your project.
