- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's actually simple: I review your resume, goals and challenges, talk with you a bit, and give you a customized estimate. I accept cash, check or Paypal, and credit cards via Paypal (it's easy, just ask me!).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm constantly keeping up. I belong to the Professional Association of Resume Writers and am active in online discussions with my colleagues in this organization; we share all kinds of tips and resources to stay up to date. I recently took a training on writing LinkedIn profiles with one of the leading experts in that. I also read voraciously on the web.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've assisted executives, salespeople, engineers, office assistants, attorneys, librarians, nurses, psychologists, an animal trainer, a physician, academics, and more. Most of my clients are at a managerial level, some are executives, a few are entry level.
