Amazing, amazing, amazing! So insanely happy that we hired him for our wedding. We ended up doing engagement and wedding photos with Brett and he was amazing! At our engagement shoot he was so flexible and although we only agreed on so much time, we didn't feel rushed at all and he ended up staying longer for no additional cost. He was very creative and willing to do the random poses I found on Pinterest. Before the wedding he had me send him my pinterest board so he knew what I wanted. At the wedding he showed up early and while I was losing my mind, he wandered around to get familiar with the guests and location and take pictures of the different details. He checked in with me periodically to take pictures and make sure that everything was ok. One thing that stood out was that at one point he asked if he could get me a drink, which was completely not in his job description but he offered anyway. When my husband and his groomsmen were stumped on how they would put on their boutonnieres he took the time to help them put them on. He dealt so well with my bossy maid of honor, using her suggestions and combining them with mine and his own. He stayed late and made sure to ask if there were any other shots that I was hoping to have before packing up. The photos came back gorgeous! Thank you so much Brett! We are so grateful for everything you did!

As parents of the bride, having to plan a wedding from across the country, our only introduction to Brett was his website (from a Google search). Naturally, we were a bit anxious about using a photographer we didn’t know, with no personal recommendation. An initial telephone conversation established a good comfort level with him, and his website assured us of his talent. We had arranged to meet Brett two hours prior to the wedding to begin the “pre-wedding” shots of the bridal party. He arrived an hour EARLIER to scout interesting shots and locations. Brett is very friendly, with an engaging personality and he has the ability to make everyone (even the bride) feel very comfortable while working with him. He is creative and very accommodating, capturing shots the client wants. He is constantly looking for a better angle, better lighting, or a better background to improve the shot. The technical quality of his work is easy to note, but he also seems to have a knack for capturing the emotion of the moment. We have no hesitation recommending Brett Werner as a professional photographer, so glad we found him. The Sullivans

We couldn't have asked for a better photographer! Brett made suggestions but also let us decide what we wanted to do. He communicated quickly and clearly prior to the day and was very professional. He emailed us 3 photos right away so we could announce our (surprise) vows to friends. Pictures were fun and easy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I hired Brett as the photographer for my wedding. My fiance and myself met with him initially and went over details for the day of. From the moment I met him, I could tell that Brett loved what he did, he has so much experience and is just so creative and really tried to understand what we envisioned for our day. I really can't say enough good things about my experience with Brett. I have my highlighted gallery from the wedding and I can't stop looking at my pictures. He really did an outstanding job of getting interesting and fun shots. I think for every bride you want to feel special on your wedding day. Brett doesn't treat you like just another client and he really tries to capture the experience of the event...and for me that was really important. I would 100% recommend him to any family/friend and definitely hire him again for another event. I am so thankful I was able to hire him for my wedding. Photos for me were one of, if not the most important, aspect of my wedding. I am thrilled with all the pictures I now have to remember one of the happiest days of my life! Thank you Brett!

We are so happy that we found Brett through Thumbtack! My husband and I had a wedding celebration at the La Quinta Resort last weekend and wanted to capture the memories on film. Brett was always quick to respond and so easy going leading up to our event. We felt comfortable with our decision to hire him and could not be more pleased with his expertise and professionalism. He was accommodating, energetic, positive and engaged. It felt like part of our family as we took pictures as he showed the same excitement as we did throughout the evening. Make sure the shooter has experience, professionalism, flexibility, and the ability to get your subjects to perform in front of the lens with ease.
