  What a wonderful surprise! I was stuck in a pickle, I had lost keys and was downtown and needed a locksmith to make me some replacement keys. It was late at night and I also had to ensure they were a 24 hour locksmith - they were :)

  Locked my keys in my Expedition while visiting friends. I called this Locksmith and they said that they would send someone out as soon as possible. I was really worried bc I didn't want my food to get cold and plus I had the kids with me but then all of a sudden, there they were and unlocking my car and I was already paying.   I very rarely ever ask for help. I called around and Locksmith Altadena is close to where my business is so I said why not give them a try.. They arrived real shortly, did not keep me waiting. The young man had professional demeanor and was very smart with all the services he provided. I am overall impressed with the whole process of everything. I do recommend them.

  I had a lock & key problem with the door to my office for a while. I had ex-employees who still had access to the office and I felt the locks werent good enough protecting the office in general. I searched for a commercial locksmith and came across this company. I gave them a call and made an appointment for them to do the whole office and provide new keys for all the employees. This locksmith company did such a good job fixing all the locks & keys, that I decided to use them to secure my home! As far as locksmiths go, I highly recommend this company and would tell anyone who has lock and/or key problems, to use them. Their locksmith security knowledge really helped me made a decision as to which locks best suited my needs. Highly recommended.

I called to make an appt with them and they showed up on time, A+, the worker was very polite and professional, another A+, and the overall process of everything and the billing was fairly simple.
