Thanks so much for doing our kitchen and bathrooms. You were great to deal with from the beginning of this process when we were getting estimates. Your customer service was exceptional. We liked the package you put together for us which was well it. You delivered on all aspects of our project and made it so easy for us. We appreciated the extra time you took to go over the material selection and explained things in detail. These days it's hard to come across a company like yours who makes a point of ensuring that your clients are satisfied. We recommend your services to anybody looking to get their countertops done. They should invest the time to talk to you and realize how professional and seamless is the interaction. Our neighbors are envious of our new kitchen and bath granite so they will be needing your services and we gave them your contact info. Thank you for doing such a good job.

This company was so nice to deal with and our kitchen counters and outdoor barbecue counters look amazing. We are so happy with the service that they provided from the beginning to the end. They were incredibly professional, Luigi was so knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. The pricing was great and the installation of our countertops was wonderful. They cleaned up after themselves and it was over all a very pleasant experience. We are going to recommend them to people we know, of course, and definitely encourage anyone who wants to get their countertops remodeled. We are going to have them do our bathroom vanities and shower walls 2wks before Thanksgiving, just in time for the arrival of our out-of-town guests. Thanks again for a job well done, we are so excited to use our indoor and outdoor kitchens.

Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. The most common type of jobs we perform are kitchen countertops followed by bathrooms, outdoor barbecues, and shower walls. There are so many kitchens out there that still need remodeling and countertops replace. We do 5-7 kitchens a week and about 1/3 of them are custom which requires more time for fabrication. The other 2/3 of the jobs are standard (shapes and sizes) so they require less time. Installations are typically done in 1 day depending on the size of the project.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Make sure the contractor;
- is licensed (check on CSLB's website)
- can answer technical questions (is knowledgeable)
- has experience in residential and commercial jobs
- has access to several slab yards (the good ones only do business with licensed contractors)
- has a fabrication workshop
- worked with all industry professionals (General Contractors, Builders, Developers, Brokers) as well as homeowners
- has real testimonials
- is willing to offer professional advice and recommendations (part of skills & knowledge)

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. - Should consider a realistic budget (range of dollar amount)
- They need to have an actual timeline in mind of when they want their started and completed
- Take measurements of countertops or base cabinet dimensions in order to know what size is the project
- Be able to have narrowed the stone color or shade
- Decide on back splash (granite or tile)
- Know what kind of fixtures they like (such as faucets and sinks)
- Demolition of existing countertops
- Realize that what they have "heard" isn't always accurate

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Great customer service
We make it a fluid process for the client
Competitive pricing
1 day completion for average projects
Residential and commercial experience
Family owned business

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Helping clients with their projects,
Seeing how a kitchen or bathroom is transformed and upgraded,
Remodeling countertops and other areas to make it look modern and beautiful,
Meeting different people from various backgrounds,
Observing how many different styles of homes there are in southern California (layout/architecture),
Watching our clients faces as they see their new kitchen, bath, outdoor bbq, etc...
Being outside instead of the office,
Learning about new stone colors and different stones that come to market

Q. Write your own question and answer it.

A. What do we charge per square foot?

We price out our jobs based on the scope of work. Another words, to get the best cost for the client, we determine how much time and material is needed to get the project completed correctly. We get this question frequently because they mostly see a " $/sqft " advertised. This is why we ask specific questions of our clients because we need to understand exactly what they want and need to accomplish. Based on this information, we give them a project cost.
