Nate really knew his stuff. I sort of pride myself on my own IT acumen. He was able to completely organize my cabinet with all my cables, routers, switches, and get better speeds on all of my PCs, Macs, and wireless devices.

well nate came out told me i should be able to move the wireless adaptor
and get a better signal. I also asked him to help me with my remotes he tried to put the remotes all together but they are still not working. I admire a High School student having a business,but i believe for the work performed the price was a little high. I ended up paying $90.00 for 1.5 hrs. I still was happy for the work performed he is very good and polite.– Karl

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Virus removal, Network setups, and Mainly system maintenance. We generally deal with rouge antivirus problems, and get them resolved within 30-45min. We install networks which we don't rush on, because we want to make sure that everything is in working order when the job is complete.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Technology is an everyday changing field. Be sure that your IT provider is up to date withe the latest technology. Be sure that they can handle the job, and show professionalism through out every aspect of the job.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Ya most definitely back up data. Its a real pain and hassel if you have years of photos on your computer, and all of a sudden they are all gone. Id rather spend 100 on a external hard drive, then 1000 for data recover to get them back. ( Also google your problems there are a lot of answer to your problem.)
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. What do your services include? What type of warranty comes with your service? Can we call you back after the job is complete? If it looks incorrect tell ask them if it's suppose to look like that.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. Can I fix the problem or issue my self? What do I really need done? Go check out our website, and see what we've done. Go check out our ratings on the better business bureau site. Are they honest.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. The Learning experience, and the ability to work with various types of people! Being social is what I like to do, so I am always happy to meet new people.
