We are very happy with Erik and his professional work! 1) He is RESPONSIVE while we communicate on thumbtack app. 2) He is PUNCTUAL - he showed up on time for an estimate as well as for the service. 3) He is PROFESSIONAL throughout the whole process. He is very knowledgeable and he knows what is best to do. So you don’t have to explain a lot to him, and he doesn’t have a lot of back and forth questions. So the whole process is fast and smooth. 4) He has GREAT COMMUNICATION SKILLS - we had no miscommunications which is very valuable and stress-free to work with him. Plus, he is humble, polite, and transparent. 5) He is EFFICIENT - he and his crew member finished fixing our sewage drain blockage in less than an hour. 6) He provides QUALITY WORK - we did the snake line and the video line.
