I cannot recommend Kiki Construction highly enough! The owner Enrique is not only meticulous in his work but also consistently delivers amazing results. He is honest, professional and gets the job done on time. Having remodeled three properties for me, his attention to detail and craftsmanship have truly transformed each space beyond my expectations. His dedication to quality work is evident in every project he undertakes. I have also confidently recommended him to several friends and family, all of whom have been equally impressed by his work. If you are looking for a skilled and reliable contractor who goes above and beyond, Enrique is the one to trust for your remodeling needs! I have attached pictures from the last remodel he did for me. Pictures shown are from a condo we own and rent out that flooded. This is only one of 3 transformations he has done. It was a huge project. Now it looks like a dream condo.

Enrique was everything you would want in a contractor. He was up front about his price. He showed up on time and did great efficient work. Best of all he did the project like it was his home. He considered all angles as he worked out my problem and communicated his thought process along the way. Can’t say enough positives about him abs the work!!
