Rosa D. says, "We hired Josh and his team to work on our kitchen, we needed demolition work, some utility upgrades and full replacements for our windows. Not to mention a new and beautiful pocket door the team installed for us. Our old one was incredibly outdated so having that done was amazing. To go into further detail - they demoed walls, took out cabinets, updated light fixtures and plug outlets, they also updated the plumbing (all while keeping us updated) and lastly they installed new windows and a pocket door (we really love that pocket door). They all came in as scheduled and got to work. Everything was done in a quick and timely manner. Super neat, super efficient. They were all awesome, you could tell they really care about their work. They even took the time to show us which part of the project they were *especially* proud of, the smooth drywall. It can be a touch nerve-wracking inviting people into your home for this sort of thing, but interacting with these guys dispelled any fears. If you’re looking for polite, efficient and trustworthy people this is the team to hire. All this at a very reasonable price. Five Stars for this team. *****"See more

There was a level of pride and accountability that I have not experienced before now. The crew would clean up after each day of work, which was very helpful given we did such a major renovation. The transformation of the house is incredible. We removed interior walls, added a shower to bathroom, moved the kitchen and opened up 45 feet of bi-fold doors around the new living space. This was a huge undertaking that required new footers and significant structural work. Travis instilled confidence that everything was under control and that he wasn't going to cut corners and jeopardize the integrity of the structure. He came to give a consultation and provided us with the best options based on how we wanted the projects to go. The first project was to redo the front yard, removing all the existing bushes and adding 4 new citrus trees and 2 beautiful olive trees. Simple Choice proposed deigns and sourced gorgeous plants and trees that have held up very well over the past 2 very wet winters.We were very impressed with the first project so we contacted Peter to replace all the flooring in our house, including the staircase, and a full interior paint job. We also contracted them to build a screened-in porch for us. The flooring process was shockingly easy for us. Peter found us a great flooring option at a price lower than we could find it ourselves. The team did a great job with attention to detail and quicker than we could have imagined (3 weeks overall for the floors, paint, and staircase to be fully complete, but mostly done within 2 weeks despite bad weather).The screened-in porch is everything we wanted and more. Peter made the great suggestion to add a rolling screen panel that can open the porch to the outside when we want to make a transitional space between the porch and the yard. He listened to what I wanted in all the projects and was very respectful. Anything we had issues with (minor things here and there) would be addressed and fixed immediately.
