Introduction: I will personally do everything in my powers to get you the best possible outcome for your case and I will work closely with you work towards that goal. Early in my career, I worked in a large criminal defense organization where I was written up for spending too much time talking with my clients because I was taking the time to explain their rights and the basics of the criminal process to them. I felt that I could not ethically practice in that environment and left that organization. Now, with my own practice, I take the time to make sure I can focus on each client and their individual case. I take the time to listen to my clients because the best way to defend a case often presents itself when a clients are able to participate in their own defense. I believe its my job to help my clients understand the basics of the criminal process so they can intelligently make decisions regarding their case, so I always take the time to any questions my clients have about their charges, the criminal court process, and their rights and defenses. I take the time to personally review a client's case and explore the best possible defense or defense strategy for obtaining the best outcome possible for my client. I will not hand off your case to a junior partner with little experience like at some larger firms. You will have access to my personal cell line to call or text me when you need to talk to me. Although my quotes may not always be the least expensive, my prices reflect the experience and attention I provide to each of my clients' cases. Unlike some other criminal defense attorneys, I can often offer a payment plan (with a reasonable initial deposit) if you cannot afford to pay the full retainer up front.
I graduated from UCLA's Public Interest Law Program and I am passionate about helping people and I love that I get to help defend people's Constitutional Rights every day.
