A. My personal favorite part of my job is hearing back from happy clients after only a few changes to my original design. It makes me happy when I can capture the atmosphere of a certain business and portray it graphically in a great way the first time.

I respond with: Hello, I am actually up in Arcata, California so I am too far away to be able to work in your office, however I am fully capable of running multiple projects for you from a remote position. For example, I can share my screen with you using Skype and show you exactly what I am doing in Photoshop so you can command me to make things look exactly how you want them. It is just as if I were there in your office. I am extremely responsive to emails, I check my phone every 10 minutes, and I hardly ever miss phone calls. I provide 24/7 Emergency services in case a website goes down and I have backup resources available within a fraction of an hour.
