- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are priced according to the specific needs of the job in terms of how many hours, travel/fuel cost, equipment use and products used. I try to keep my price reasonable for my customer while making sure I can provide optimum service and results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to have a telephone chat with my potential client to find out what their specific needs are. Sometimes from there we can confirm the cost of service and schedule the work. If not I am always happy to give a free in person estimate. I always provide references upon request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in this business for over 25 years. I have handled jobs as much as 30,000. sq. ft. to as little as 500. sq. ft.
