Donna's Cleaning Service

These are people you can never please no matter what you do. She knew from the beginning it would be one of my girls cleaning. I had other regular jobs to do on my own schedule. My girl is very detailed and I never get complaints on her. She has a few regularly scheduled home she does and has kept happy as well. We did everything they asked because after 27 years in business she felt we needed a list because we didn't know what to do, I guess. We did everything and more On Her list. We even cleaned the inside and out of the washer and dryer. No one has ever asked me to clean the inside of their washer before. There was a very small gap under stove, no we didn't clean it wasn't on their detailed list and I didn't get on the floor on my hands and knees and check it. That stove was the only thing we may have missed. My girl asked her Parents who inspected, several times, is there anything else you want me to do, and they told her no everything was fine they even gave her a $20. Tip. Now why would someone give a tip if the job was bad? Then after the renters started moving in she she statts comaing all this the renters found that I am sure they didn't want to be held liable for when they moved out. The mother even told her daughter "yeah those people are gonna be picky"Then I offered to come back several times to touch up things myself and she refused each and every time with an excuse, but kept on complaining. If her other workers, parents, renters, whoever messed it up then we have no control over that. There was even paint drips on the baseboards she thought we should have removed. It was dried paint. Her mother even complained about wood shelf in her laundry room that was ruined by laundry detergent that she though we should have been able to fix the raised and damaged particle board. All this woman wanted to do was complain and we couldn't please her no matter what we did or how many times we offered to come back. We did above and beyond what we were paid to do. We even did Windows for free. Even cleaned the doggy door for free. Her renter sent her a picture of a corner where the baseboard had been marred and damaged. There was 2 small black marks on it, (could even have been caused by the renters moving in) she combined my girl didn't clean the 2 little black marks off but she didn't feel it necessary to paint and fix the damaged wall. You can't please people like this. After 27 years in business, I don't think I would have lasted if we did this crappy of work that she is depicting. Nor would my girl have kept several regular jobs she does all on her own for as long as she has. Her mother who was her inspector of the property was satisfied when my girl left. Enough to give her a tip even.
