Introduction: I have a personal touch to all of my professional services. i make double sure that you are getting what you need the first time on the first day i show up at your door. Having 13+ years of experience with a vast range of technical knowledge and know-how, provides me with an edge that almost nobody else in town can match, and that is no lie. Get to know me and you will see. it's fun, and most of all, i know what i am doing is right every time. I LOVE making people happy. You should see sone of the looks on some of my clients' faces when they are told by GEEK SQUAD and other places here in town that their computer can't be fixed, and i DO fix it in UNDER an hour. That right there is a severe lack of know how on their part... The look on my customers' faces to see it running again is almost payment enough. Sadly, i can't accept just that as payment.

Mr. Storer built my current desktop, repaired my old laptop after a tour of duty in Iraq, and did an outstanding job with both. I trust him fully to take care of my equipment and to get the job done properly. My hat is off to Chris of CMS Computer Services.

Chris built a new computer for me.It took him a few days to build it.I have this computer for two week already and it is working just fine.It is a far better computer than the one I had and he gave me a good price.He has also provided me with maintenance and preventive service in the past.It has also worked fine. He does his best to make sure that the work he has done is complete and accurate. He should have better transportation means so that he can move easy and faster in the city.This way he could do more jobs and make more $$$$$$. I certainly will recommend Chris to fix your computer.

Wonderful service. Not only did he address my issue, he even suggested other things i didn't even know i needed, and he showed me instead of only telling me. Made me feel way more trusting. It wasn't all like a mechanic saying you need a new engine when all you needed was new spark plugs.

Chris was very professional and patient in answering all of my questions of concern. Chris demonstrated his thorough knowledge and experience and was able to provide informative information regarding my particular repair needs. Chris provided excellent customer service and was a pleasure doing business with. Chris personally picked up my item requiring repair and similarly returned my item directly to me. Chris also provided a warranty guarantee of his repair work should any issues arise. I was very satisfied with the work performed to my laptop which is functioning perfectly again. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a minimum service fee of 2 hours on site for any hourly rate specified. My services are hourly and start at $35 an hour for PC & Mac repair/upgrades/software installs. For PC custom computer builds I charge $150 for labor at a flat rate. This includes a full burn in test for new builds/gaming rigs, etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process would be the same as with anyone who needs my services. Kind, courteous service. professional with a smile. A real one, that is. :)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i try to keep a bi-weekly inspection of places like EnGadget, Snopes, and other news places geared for tech knowledge. It is really entertaining to keep with the latest tech stuff and see what is coming before others know whats up.
