- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask for a reference to make sure that you are not hiring a technician without experience who is going to experiment with your valuable equipment and data. Look to see if the technician has a website and if the site shows a mailing address and phone number. Make sure that you talk to the technician by phone and don't limit communication to only email.
