Amazing wedding day yoga! Such a great coach, she made everyone feel comfortable. Very soothing. She’s very communicative during the whole process. No issues. Would highly recommend. The yoga and sound bath as a whole was completely restorative and helped my entire family and all the guests of my wedding to have a calm peaceful center day. Such a special day so grateful to have this amazing yoga experience to be part of it. She brought all of the equipment and mats we would need. It was so amazing!

Diedre was such an amazing instructor and such a beautiful soul. Diedre was highly professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with! She came to Scripps park by the ocean and taught a yoga class as part of a women's retreat. She is a wonderful teacher, knowledgeable and shared modifications of poses to make it inclusive of all participants. Diedre incorporated spiritual affirmations in a way that was very congruent with our retreat "vibe". And loved the reminders to "look at the ocean"! Great experience!

Diedre is an absolute gem of a human! She made my private birthday yoga session at home so very special with my group of best friends and family. She helped guide a group of mostly yoga newbies in a really enjoyable session that was meditative and cleansing. Do not hesitate to hire Diedre! ❤️

I meet the client wherever they are in their journey to wholeness and that makes all the difference in the world. We have intake forms for clients seeking Wholistic Health Coaching services which is located on our website.

I am a Certified Bikram Yoga Teacher and an IIN Wholistic Health & Wellness Coach. I also hold certifications in other schools of yoga, including restorative practices, yoga therapy and meditation .
