To be clear, I was not let go from the job because of work quality. I was let go due to being late after I had received news of a death in family. I was never given the opportunity to explain, my tools etc.. were put outside. I was hired to tile two showers, which was completed. Another area was added and I started the work on that. After she inspected the second area she said an area was uneven. We discussed my pulling it off and redoing that section. SHE DID NOT PAY FOR DEMOLISHING, I took down the tiling she didn’t like. I believe she just did not want to pay for work already done and used the excuse I was late to not pay. The showers were already done and approved by her, yet she never paid for the work nor was I reimbursed for materials I paid for out of my own pocket. This review is just dishonest and I will be seeking legal action for my out of pocket expenses and work I completed. I have photos of everything before and after as well as receipts for materials I paid for.
