If you are looking for someone who you can trust to take care of your basic maintenance needs, I'm your man.
I specialize in indoor painting and trim work, but I also can clean kitchen and bathroom drains, install most appliances, replace water heaters, garbage disposals, sinks and faucets. I can also troubleshoot and fix many leaks under sinks.
I can also take care of your basic electrical maintenance, including GFCI plugs, standard plugs and switches, and addition of dedicated breakers for microwaves or other large appliances. I can install ceiling fans or other light fixtures in both ceiling and wall mounted situations.
Another specialty of mine is that pesky "to-do" list. There are few jobs I love more than the big list of those little annoyances around the house that just drive you nuts. I love planning the job out and burning through them as fast as I can, while still doing the job right.
